Nancy has a broad-based background in learning and development with expertise in leading teams in employee engagement, talent management and organizational effectiveness. She brings more than 25 years of experience focusing on leadership development, change management, culture creation, customer service, strategic planning and more.

Her business experience has included stopovers at Apple Computer (10+ years), UnitedHealthcare (10+ years), Booz Allen Hamilton and Thomson Prometric. She has served in positions such as Vice President or Director of Learning & Development, leading and transforming groups as small as 5, to well over 200 people. As an Organizational Effectiveness Executive at UnitedHealthcare, Nancy coached and consulted with top executives on change initiatives, talent management, people development and conflict resolution.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland.  She is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)), DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Insight 360 and more.

Additionally, in her “spare time,” Nancy is a tour guide for Harrison Hotels in Ocean City introducing and teaching travelers about the Assateague Island National Seashore, Ocean City, Berlin and more. Her ability to translate “life-long” learning lessons into actionable items works well with individuals or large groups.
