William S. Tunnell

Information in this record:
Died at his seat in Accomack county, Virginia, on Tuesday the twenty-fifth ultimo, in the forty-ninth year of his age, Mr. William S. Tunnell; after a protracted illness, which he bore with the fortitude of a Christian. The cheerful and agreeable manners of Mr. Tunnell, endeared him to a large circle of connections and friends. He was intelligent , amiable and benevolent, a kind neighbour, warm friend and a most affectionate husband. He has left an amiable wife to mourn a loss to her irreparable. His death will long be deplored and remembered by his numerous friends and particularly by the writer of this who has found him not only a friend, but the sympathy and affection of a brother."
