Information in this record:
Commissioners to divide real estate of Nehemiah Truitt. Petitioned by Kendall Truitt that his father Nehemiah Truitt died intestate seized of a tract called BELL FAST 96 acres.
and that Nehemiah left six children. Kendall Truitt, Isaiah Truitt, Martha Truitt who has since intermarried with James Dryden, Nancy Truitt, Littleton Truitt, John Truitt, whom all of age except said Littleton Truitt and John Truitt who are minors under the age of 21 years. 1818.
