Maurice Hurley Died February 26th 1929
Mr. Maurice Hurley, son of the late Levin F. Hurley and Iola Hurley, died Tuesday, February 26th, aged 45 years, 10 months, 26 days. Mr. Hurley had been an invalid for the past three years. He was born near Vienna, Maryland, but for fourteen years had lived in Berlin. He was a member of the Ironshire M. E. Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Beatrice Hurley, and one son, Randolph, also by his stepmother, Mrs.Celia E. Hurley, three sisters and three brothers--Mrs. Andrew Willey of Vienna, Mrs. William H. Vickers, of Cambridge, Mrs. Lafton Hurley of near Cambridge, Mr. Cleveland Hurley and Mr. Sewell Hurley of Vienna, and Mr. Watson Hurley, of Baltimore. Also two uncles, Captain Elijah Hurley and Mr. Savage Hurley, both of Vienna. Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church, Vienna, Thursday afternoon, February 28th, at 2 o'clock, with interment in Vienna Cemetery. The Democratic Messenger, Snow Hill, Maryland, 9 March 1929.
