Information in this record:
Edmond Cropper 26 February 1747/8 27 March 1753
Grand daughter Rhoda Hopkins, Well Back (Wellbeck Wellback) 450 acres and Tamkins (Tomkins) Meadow, near Little Point Creek, 53 acres, then to fall to Edmund Cropper, son of Nathaniel Cropper. To grand daughter Rhoda Hopkins 100 acres called Littleworth and 200 acres cypress swamp named Freeman's Neglect then to Nephew Nathaniel, then to my brother Nathaniel and his sons. To Rhoda Hopkins 2/3 of my estate the day she marries. Wife Hannah Cropper. Five pounds to be delivered to the Elders of Buckingham Congregation for repairing the said house as they see convenient. Wife Hannah EX. Witnesses: John Ake, Solomon Cropper, Annah Richardson Liber JW2 pg. 121.
