Benjamin Bishop 25 April 1767w. 3 June 1767p.
Wife Ann, dwelling plantation for use during her widowhood and Simpleton, and Patrick's Hills. To son Benjamin Bishop, Simpleton and Patrick's Hills. Son William, land called Londonderry. To daughters Sabra, Zipporah, Molly and Nancy Bishop, and to son John, personalty. Children John, Molly, Sabra, Zipporah, Benjamin, Nancy and William, the remainder of the estate. Moses Pain, EX. Wit; Joseph Bishop Jr., Lemuel Bishop. On 3 June 1767, Moses Pain renounces EX. And on 19 June 1767, Ann Bishop, widow of Benjamin, takes her thirds.
