Thomas Barnes, (Sr.), deceased, the distribution of Negroes now in the hands of Sarah Dryden and James Atkinson, his adm.
Negro Henry aged 22 to serve until 1840, valued at ...........$154.
Negro Esther aged about 35 valued at .........................$150.
Negro Levin aged about 16 valued at...........................$300.
Negro Juliana aged about 8 valued at..........................$150.
Negro Littleton aged about 5 valued at ...................... $100.
total of $854.
Which gives to Sarah, the widow..................................$284.66.

Having to be divided between the 5 representatives...............$569.33.
To the widow, Negro Levin
To James Barnes, Negro Henry
To James Q. Selby and wife, Negro Juliana
To James Atkinson, guardian of Wheatly Barnes, Negro Littleton.
That Sarah, the widow, and her husband Isaac Dryden should pay to Wheatly D. Barnes or his guardian James Atkinson, the sum of $13.88 and to James Barnes, the adm. of the said two deceased representatives the sum of $1.45 and that the Selby's pay the surplus.
That James Barnes as adm. of John C. Barnes, dec. and also that James Barnes as adm. of Thomas Barnes, Jr. also deceased, and Isaac Dryden and Sarah his wife and James Atkinson adm of Thomas Barnes father of said James Barnes and his intestate John and Thomas aforesaid representatives their distributive share of their said father's personal estate.
Dryden to pay to Barnes $382.42 with interest from 14 May 1832 and there is due to him for the adm. of John Barnes the like sum interest from the same day, and there is due to him for adm. of Thomas Barnes, Jr. the like sum due the same day. 17 December 1832. February Court 1833
